Welcome to our state-of-the-art 3,400-square-foot weight room, built in 2019. This facility is designed to cater to all your strength and conditioning needs with top-of-the-line equipment and a versatile training environment.
- Strength Racks: We have four full strength racks equipped with barbells and plates, perfect for a variety of lifting exercises including squats, deadlifts, and bench presses.
- Dumbbells: Our dumbbells range from 5 to 100 pounds, allowing for a wide range of exercises suitable for all fitness levels.
- Kettlebells: Matching the dumbbells, our kettlebells also range from 5 to 100 pounds, providing options for dynamic and functional training.
- Keiser Equipment: High-quality Kaiser machines offer pneumatic resistance for smooth and adjustable strength training.
- Cardio Machines: Wind assault bikes and rowing machines are available for high-intensity cardiovascular workouts.
- Specialty Equipment: We offer belt squats, an excellent tool for lower body training without the strain on the back, and many more tools to enhance your workout experience.
- Speed and Power Development Area: With over 30 yards of open space dedicated to speed mechanics and power development, you can train using our medicine balls, plyometric boxes, and other equipment specifically designed for explosive movements.
